Together with our hand picked team and working from a five star Environmental Health rated kitchen, we have established Clough Manor as one of the most creative, individual and exciting hotel restaurants in the UK.

It’s a strongly held principle that meals at Clough Manor are prepared using fresh, locally grown and reared produce. Not only does it reduce ‘food miles’ and shrink our carbon footprint; it also gives our menus a wonderfully seasonal character, and tastes absolutely fantastic.

Naturally, all special health and dietary requirements are catered for.

The Clough Manor wine list is a long one. Nevertheless, it’s a fiendishly difficult one for a wine to get onto.

We’re exacting about our standards, the consequence of a love affair with the grape that sees only the very best carried down the steps and into our cellar, and makes us duty bound to try and keep on trying the finest wines the world has to offer.
